1. All Sales Final
Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final. Reign Armory does not offer refunds to the original form of payment except where legally required.
2. Ammunition – No Returns or Exchanges
- All ammunition sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on ammunition for any reason.
- This includes unopened, unused, or incorrectly ordered ammunition.
3. Firearms – Exchange for Store Credit Only
- Firearms are non-refundable.
- Firearms may be exchanged for store credit only, subject to the following conditions:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.
- Store credit is issued only after the firearm is returned to Reign Armory or the designated FFL in original, unfired, and unaltered condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- Must be used in accordance with Reign Armory store policies
4. Denied or Failed Firearm Transfers
If a firearm transfer is:
- Denied by a background check
- Refused by the receiving FFL
- Unclaimed or abandoned
The customer remains responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- FFL transfer fees
- The 25% restocking fee
Store credit, if issued, will reflect these deductions.
5. Non-Firearm Merchandise
Non-firearm accessories and merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange at Reign Armory’s discretion, provided:
- Prior authorization is obtained
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- The return is initiated within [Insert Number] days of delivery
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Firearm orders cannot be canceled once transferred to an FFL.
- Any approved cancellation may be subject to fees.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect non-firearm item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Firearms with manufacturer defects must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Return Authorization Required
All returns or exchanges require prior authorization from Reign Armory.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
9. Legal Compliance
Reign Armory reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that would violate federal, state, or local law.
