2. Eligibility & Legal Responsibility

By using this Website or purchasing products, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old to purchase ammunition.
  • You are at least 21 years old to purchase firearms.
  • You are legally eligible under federal law and Florida law to purchase, possess, and own firearms and/or ammunition.
  • You are not prohibited from firearm possession under 18 U.S.C. § 922 or Florida law.

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws.

3. Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers

  1. All firearms are shipped ONLY to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
  2. You must:
    • Select an FFL prior to shipment or provide FFL information promptly upon request.
    • Complete all ATF Form 4473 requirements and background checks at the receiving FFL.
  3. Reign Armory does not guarantee background check approval.
  4. If your firearm transfer is:
    • Denied
    • Delayed beyond a reasonable period
    • Refused by the FFL
    You will be responsible for:
    • Shipping costs
    • Transfer fees
    • Possible restocking fees

4. Florida-Specific Disclosures

  • Florida law may impose waiting periods in certain counties or municipalities.
  • Concealed carry licensing and firearm possession laws vary and are subject to change.
  • Reign Armory does not provide legal advice regarding Florida firearm laws.

5. Restricted Items & Order Cancellation

  1. Certain firearms, magazines, or accessories may be restricted in specific jurisdictions.
  2. We reserve the right to:
    • Cancel or refuse any order that violates applicable law.
    • Request additional documentation before shipment.
  3. Orders placed in violation of law may be canceled without liability to Reign Armory.

6. Pricing, Payment & WooCommerce Orders

  1. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  2. Payment is processed securely through WooCommerce-approved payment processors.
  3. Orders are not final until payment is successfully processed and verified.
  4. We reserve the right to:
    • Correct pricing errors
    • Cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders
    • Limit quantities

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  1. Firearms ship only to FFL holders.
  2. Non-regulated items may ship directly to customers where legally permitted.
  3. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  4. Risk of loss transfers:
    • To the FFL upon delivery of firearms
    • To the customer upon carrier delivery for non-regulated items
  5. Allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping notifications
  6. Orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, or USPS depending on products ordered and distributor fulfillment agreements
  7. Shipping costs for non-FFL orders is $15.00 and all firearm shipping costs are $20.00

8. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

  1. Firearm sales are final, except where required by law.
  2. Non-firearm items may be returned per our posted Return Policy.
  3. All returns require prior authorization.
  4. Restocking fees may apply.
  5. Shipping and transfer fees are non-refundable.

9. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Firearms, ammunition, and accessories are inherently dangerous.

You agree to:

  • Handle all products safely and responsibly
  • Follow manufacturer instructions and firearm safety rules
  • Seek professional training if necessary

Reign Armory is not responsible for misuse, negligent handling, or improper storage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Reign Armory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of this Website
  • Purchase or use of any product
  • Denied or delayed firearm transfers

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reign Armory, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of any product
  • Your violation of any law or regulation

12. Intellectual Property
